Leon Palicawas sex offender Crystal Palace station

Before raising a woman’s skirt and attacking her, a pervert, Leon Palicawas London Sex Offender, chugged half a bottle of vodka on a train and then pursued the woman during rush hour across the station.

Leon Palicawas was only arrested once police searched Crystal Palace station’s surrounds in search of him.

On Wednesday, May 22, the remorseless sex criminal was on a train from London, Victoria, to West Croydon station when the incident took place.

Shortly after 8.30 am, during morning rush hour, he had boarded the train after downing half a litre of vodka. Approaching his victim, the 59-year-old sought to chat to her.

She felt uneasy and turned away, but Leon Palicawas raised her skirt and sexually raped her until the train arrived at Crystal Palace station and his victim got off.

She pushed him; he followed her off the train and across the platform. The lady had to beg Crystal Palace station’s personnel to call the police and intervene.

After looking about the station, they detained Leon Palicawas and brought him into detention, where he informed the authorities the victim was to blame.

Initially claiming to be too drunk to recall any of it, he subsequently alleged the victim was “sexually motivating it herself… because her legs were open”.

The deviant still insisted he was innocent even though CCTV footage recorded the whole affair.

Found guilty of sexual assault at the City of London Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 25, was Leon Pawlica. The judge decided to send him to twenty weeks behind bars.

Leon Palicawas was also directed to pay £775 in expenses, join the sex offenders register for seven years, and receive a seven-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order prohibiting him from carrying opened alcohol and sitting next to or opposite a lone girl on public transport.
