His attorney, David Duncan, stated: “The court can reasonably conclude that the public would be endangered if Mr. Logan Summers were granted his freedom at this time.” I completely acknowledge that detention is both appropriate and unavoidable, necessitating a substantial duration to correspond with the allegations.
“There is a risk that he may become further isolated or detached from society due to the imposition of a substantial sentence.”
Sheriff Brown stated: “I must refer the case to the High Court of Justiciary for sentencing, as I believe any sentence I impose would be insufficient.” The risk conditions have been satisfied.
“The behavioural pattern indicates a probable risk that, if he is free, he may jeopardise the lives or welfare of the general public.”
Logan Summers, currently serving an 18-month sentence for boasting about child rape and inciting schoolgirls to participate in child abuse, was remitted. He acknowledged a total of 19 charges of sexual assaults perpetrated during a 12-month span commencing in March 2021.

If I want you to perform a task, I anticipate its completion. I am prepared to take the risk. You are now mine.
He subsequently contacted a 14-year-old girl from Glasgow who disclosed her dissatisfaction and contemplated fleeing from her foster home.
Ms. Mannion stated: “He scheduled a meeting with her on 7 March 2022 in Glasgow.” They took a bus to St Andrews and subsequently to Dundee. He transported a tent and erected it behind the Iceland grocery.
