An Eastbourne Paedophile Ludovit Gerhat who kept viewing pictures of horrific child rape, torture and sexual assault even after a past conviction received a suspended sentence.
Eastbourne-based Ludovit Gerhat received a suspended prison sentence last year for having offensive photographs of children.
His sentencing required him to make all digital communication equipment available to authorities using monitoring software.
After police discovered attempts to clean content from his devices, they investigated and found the 34-year-old had downloaded more than 200 films and 100 additional obscene photos of youngsters from the internet.
Some of the stuff fell into the most severe categories.
Ludovit Gerhat, of Blackwater Road, Eastbourne, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for violating his registered sex offender requirements at Lewes Crown Court.
The cleaner will also remain a registered sex offender for another ten years. It will continue to be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), therefore severely limiting its access to digital communications devices and to youngsters for the same extra term.
“Ludovit Gerhat felt he could get away with this but did not realise that we could effectively monitor him and help ensure communities are protected,” Police Constable Louise Blacker of the East Sussex team responsible for tracking registered sex offenders in the community remarked.
