A Sutton Paedophile, Luke Ayling, who transmitted explicit photographs and videos to a 12-year-old child has evaded incarceration.
Luke Ayling, 33, of Oakhill Road in Sutton, engaged in a two-month correspondence of sexual communications directed at a Facebook account he presumed belonged to a minor.
The former chef, now unemployed, was astonished to discover that he had been communicating with a fake account intended to apprehend paedophiles.
Luke Ayling was sentenced at Croydon Crown Court on Friday after pleading guilty to attempted sexual communication with a minor and attempting to get a youngster to observe a sexual act.
Prosecutor Michael Chambers stated that Luke Ayling commenced texting the account in May 2021.
Upon the decoy account operator stating they were 12, Luke Ayling responded with “too young,” then transmitting multiple sexual photographs and videos of himself.
Luke Ayling received a 16-month sentence, suspended for 20 months.
He must fulfil 200 hours of unpaid labour and attend many rehabilitation sessions.
