Luke Whittaker, the 33-year-old Falkirk Paedophile has been incarcerated for possessing, using, and disseminating obscene pictures of minors.
Luke Whittaker received a three-year sentence at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 20 May 2025, following a prior conviction at the same court on Tuesday, 22 April 2025. He was apprehended after a search of a residence in Falkirk in July 2024, during which digital devices and equipment were confiscated.
Detective Inspector Adrian Ure of the National Child Abuse Investigation Unit said: “Whittaker showed utter contempt for the child victims depicted in the images he possessed and shared.
“He believed he could evade justice, but this case demonstrates our commitment to identifying offenders and bringing them to justice.
“This outcome is the result of close partnership working, which remains crucial in tackling child abuse and ensuring those responsible are held to account.
“Protecting children from harm remains a priority for Police Scotland, and we encourage anyone with concerns to contact us. Every report is taken seriously and we will act to safeguard those at risk.”
