Having broken his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), Marcus Hicks Rugby Paedophile has been imprisoned for one year. Last week Warwick Crown Court punished 23 Balcombe Road, Rugby’s Marcus Hicks, 23.
Following his conviction for producing obscene photos of children and possession of severe pornographic images involving animals, Hicks registered as a sex offender. He also came under a SHPO.
Marcus Hicks was discovered to have violated these rules:
- Corresponding with someone online to get obscene images of minors
- Not telling the cops about a bank card he carried
In February 2023, unannounced visits by Warwickshire authorities Offender Management Unit officials to Marcus Hicks revealed bank cards he had not reported to authorities.
Examining his equipment, he turned up one indecent video of a youngster and twelve pornographic photographs of other children.
Officers also discovered proof he had sought obscene photographs of youngsters via an encrypted chat program.
In an interview, Marcus Hicks acknowledged he required assistance and posed a public risk.
