Mark Phillips Exeter Paedophile

A serial Exeter Paedophile offender, Mark Phillips, and dangerous sexual predator from Exeter is currently using Tinder under an alias.

In 2020, Mark Phillips was released after completing six years of a ten-year sentence for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, whom he threatened with a hunting knife to her neck to compel her to engage in sexual intercourse. Mark Phillips violated her virginity on Valentine’s Day and then exhibited domineering, manipulative, and abusive behaviour.

Subsequent to his release, Mark Phillips engaged with numerous schoolgirls through chatrooms and social media platforms.

Mark Phillips was then incarcerated again after communicating with a minor. He was apprehended when shopping in Exeter with her, having promised to purchase gifts for her. He also inundated her with alcohol.

Mark Phillips poses a significant risk to young females and is currently utilising Tinder under a pseudonym and a fabricated age.
