A Paedophile from Tenby, Matthew Davies, has refuted allegations of producing numerous indecent photos of youngsters. Matthew Davies, 34, of The Glebe, was accused with three counts of producing indecent pictures of minors between September 2017 and December 2022 in Ammanford.
Matthew Davies was accused of possessing 78 Category A indecent photographs, 61 Category B images, and 256 Category C images.
Matthew Davies refuted all allegations.
“This was an old phone bought from Gumtree that he was not responsible in any way, shape or form for making these images,” said John Hipkin KC, appearing for Matthew Davies.
Judge Paul Thomas KC set a trial date of July 28. Matthew Davies was granted bail until that date.
