Andover Paedophile Matthew James Parker was arrested for violating the terms of the Sexual Harm Prevention Order and sexually assaulting a juvenile lad.

Before the March trial, Matthew James Parker had also confessed to 15 breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and his duties for sexual offender notification.
Matthew James Parker was sentenced to 14 years overall on Tuesday, April 30, at Winchester Crown Court: five years on an extended license and up to nine years in prison.
The penalty hearing considered another three breaches of his order and notice obligations.
Matthew James Parker was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence and an indefinite SHPO after being found guilty in 2019 of trying to arrange or assist a sexual crime against a child.
He was also subject to lifelong sex offender notification obligations.
