St Helens Paedophile, Mauricio Dorta Vinas, 37, is HIV positive and back out in your community. He declared that in his experience “the sensation of raping a baby is heaven”.
Claiming to be connected to a covert worldwide paedophile ring, a vile monster talked of his want to rape a newborn.
Deviant Mauricio Dorta Vinas assumed he was meeting a man ready to let him harass his eight-month-old son.
Originally from Uruguay, the monster, Mauricio Dorta Vinas, had told an undercover police agent his repulsive intents.
Details of their talks in April and May this year were heard by Liverpool Crown Court; most of these are too graphic to disclose.
But the Liverpool Echo can say that hotel employee Mauricio Dorta Vinas of Hopkins Close, St Helens, informed Ryan, the officer, that he:
- Went to London to sexually assault two- and five-year-old German friend’s children
- On victims used the date-rape drug GHB combined with orange juice.
- Made his way to Ukraine accompanied by pal “where Arab guys paid to abuse children sexually”.
- Paid in cash there to film a five-year-old lad being raped.
- Went to a French hotel to harass a six-year-old friend’s brother
- Desired to rape his “slut baby” at home
Mauricio Dorta Vinas used Taboo when discussing the dating app Grindr with a prosecutor, Christopher Hopkins.
Saying he had “no limits sexually,” he asked they keep their discussion on the Wickr encrypted messaging app.
Mauricio Dorta Vinas said the officer told him he had an eight-month-old boy, a three-year-old daughter, and a girl, eleven, ages which were “hot”.
Saying he wanted his own “pervert family,” Mauricio Dorta Vinas said, “F***ing babies mate,” when asked what got him hot.
He emailed the police a photo of his erect penis, detailed employing great brutality against newborns and drugging infants.
Saying he twice visited Kiev in 2018 “to make videos,” Mauricio Dorta Vinas invited the police and remarked, “I’m horny thinking you could be as twisted as me.”
He claimed to have seen “lots of eye candy” including two five-year-old children in a McDonald’s toilet in Blackpool.
Mr Hopkins remarked: “The defendant said, ‘I would have raped them there and then’.”
Meeting the officer at a Costa Coffee in St Helens on May 14 to confirm he was “genuine,” Mauricio Dorta Vinas reported his German friend was in a paedophile ring.
Mr Hopkins added, “He described one of the encounters [in Kiev] where they went together, were strip-searched for listening devices, then taken to a house where children and babies were raped and that it was filmed and those films were sold.”
Mauricio Dorta Vinas also mentioned that his German buddy had been given 100,000 dollars to bring his two children to the Ukraine.
On May 15, on his way to the officer’s residence, the pervert was detained at the junction of the road he thought he lived on.
He offered a no-comment interview, then a statement claiming he was a “fantasist” and never mistreated children. He refused to give the access code for his phone.
Mauricio Dorta Vinas, appearing via video link from HMP Liverpool, admitted planning or encouraging the commission of a child sex crime.
Defending, Jeremy Rawson claimed his client had HIV but “not in a communicative form”, which would have been “a seriously aggravating feature”.
The attorney, who obtained a reference from Mauricio Dorta Vinas’ fiancée, said: “He was born in Montevideo. Two years old, his mother left him and his sister.
“He had no touch whatsoever with his mother; his grandparents reared him.
“Culturally attitudes in Uruguay branded him as an unwanted abandoned child who became a social outcast.”
He claimed that his dad from Mauricio Dorta Vinas missed significant stretches of his upbringing as well and that he last saw him six years ago.
“His father responded by smashing a television and attacking him when he told him he was gay,” Mr. Rawson added.
“There was no peace between them before he died two years ago.”
His client left for Spain in 2008, resided with an aunt, then relocated to this nation and landed a position as a hotel reception manager.
Mr Rawson remarked: “He has in all other respects lived a perfectly honest and upright life, but regrettably there has been drug use; he has no past convictions.”
“He spent some time in rehab and sadly has become involved in this level of activity.”
The attorney added: “He is aware of a problem. To attain a degree of normalcy, he realises he must look for rehabilitative help.
“He has gone into a dark place, and it stays dark. His amazement at the scope of what he must face The report makes abundantly evident regret and guilt.
With a more extended licence period once Mauricio Dorta Vinas is freed from jail, Mr Rawson urged the judge not to impose an extended sentence.
He declared: “He has already received notification from the immigration department that he is going to be deported from this country.”
Judge Stuart Driver, QC, instructed Mauricio Dorta Vinas to comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life and sign on the Sex Offenders Register.
He remarked: “The aggravating factor here is the extraordinary – and I underline the word extreme – youth of the targeted victim. That is very serious.
Judge Driver stated there was no real victim, but he “no hesitation” in deciding Mauricio Dorta Vinas was a dangerous offender and need to get a longer term.
He said: “In one early message, one of the earliest messages, between you and the other male you stated that you had no limits sexually.
“You stated that you would enjoy having penetrative sex with boys of all ages, but that your ideal would be two years-old.
“In one message you said that while you were in McDonald’s you saw the penises of some young boys and you wanted to rape them.
“A striking feature of the evidence is the lurid details of your conversations.”
The judge added: “You described the sensation of raping a baby as heaven.
“You said it turned you on to drug children. You gave accounts of children you claimed to have abused and claimed to have done so internationally and on film and for payment.
“I find you to be a committed, predatory paedophile.”
Judge Driver jailed Dorta Vinas for six years, with an extended five years on licence, meaning he will serve at least four years behind bars. This was back in 2019, so he is visiting a McDonald’s near you!
