Michael Fry, 43, is scheduled to appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court today, April 10.
Michael Fry has been indicted on two charges of male rape, compelling a male aged 13 or older to participate in penetrative sexual behaviour, inflicting actual bodily damage, and blackmail.
The alleged assaults occurred between April 2 and April 5 at Fry’s residence on New England Street, Brighton.
An unidentified adult male victim reported to Sussex Police on April 5.
