A registered Bretton Paedophile sex offender, Michael Jordan, has been incarcerated following two violations of a stringent court order. Michael Jordan was prohibited from erasing his online history and digital photographs.
On March 21 in Peterborough, the 33-year-old surrendered his Samsung mobile phone to police officers during a meeting with them and the probation agency. An officer found that the photo gallery on the smartphone only exhibited images from March 1 forward, whereas WhatsApp messages, including pictures and videos, were from an earlier date.
Sexual photographs and videos appeared in chats, marked as deleted, so placing Michael Jordan in violation of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Following a conviction in March 2020 for violating a prior Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), he was prohibited from utilising any device with internet connectivity, provided he did not erase any online history.
It also forbade the use of any device capable of storing digital photos unless no content was removed.
Further examination of the phone found he had deleted WhatsApp conversations and pictures along with TikTok messages.
On Wednesday (June 4), at Huntingdon Law Courts, Michael Jordan, of Langley, Bretton, Peterborough, was jailed for 30 months for breaching a suspended sentence and two breaches of a SHPO, which he admitted.
PC Emily Heriot said: “Michael Jordan showed a complete disregard for his SHPO, despite knowing its conditions.
“I’m delighted Michael Jordan’s faced justice, and it shows how committed we are to managing sexual offenders and ensuring they comply with court orders.”
