A senior Rapist RAF officer, Michael Reeve, renowned for his participation in freefall parachute performances at the Royal Norfolk Show, has been sentenced to imprisonment for the rape of a young woman.

Air travel Lieutenant Michael Reeve, 32, from Aylsham, has been sentenced to five years and six months in prison by a military court following an assault on a 23-year-old civilian after a formal dinner.

On March 28, he was sentenced at the Military Court Centre in Catterick after being convicted at trial of two counts of rape and assault by penetration.

Michael Reeve has been permanently registered as a sex offender.
