A Paedophile from Birmingham, Mohammed Mire, has received a 26-year prison sentence for multiple grave offences against two children, including rape and sexual abuse.

In August 2024, we were informed about a girl who was subjected to sexual abuse.

Our officers conducted prompt investigations, resulting in the arrest of Mohammed Mire later that day.

After a comprehensive investigation, investigators determined that Mohammed Mire was accountable for a series of abuses against two minors spanning several years.

The 35-year-old resident, Mohammed Mire, of Moat House Road was subsequently charged with the rape of a child under 13, three charges of raping a teenage girl, assault by penetration, making threats to kill, and causing actual bodily injury.

Mohammed Mire refuted all allegations but was convicted after a trial.

On Tuesday, April 22, he received a 26-year prison sentence at Birmingham Crown Court.

Mohammed Mire is additionally bound by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, a restraining order, and a notice order pursuant to the Sexual Offences Act.
