A trial date has been established following Musafar Hotak’s denial of raping a lady in an apartment.
Alleged Rapist Musafar Hotak, aged 24, appeared at Southampton Crown Court on Wednesday.
Musafar Hotak is accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman in Southampton in July 2022.
Presented in the dock from detention, he spoke solely to verify his identifying information and to submit his pleas.
Musafar Hotak, residing on Mount Pleasant Road, Southampton, entered a plea of not guilty to one count of rape and one count of sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear before the same court on May 14 to undergo trial.
