A Glenmavis Airdrie Paedophile Animal Abuser woman, Natalie Herron, has been convicted for collecting and disseminating online video and imagery relating to the violent torture and murder of monkeys, marking the first case of its sort in Scotland.
Online Prostitute Natalie Herron, 39, received a sentence of two years and three months at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
On Tuesday, 13 May 2025, she entered a guilty plea to accusations of distributing and possessing obscene materials from December 2021 to September 2022.
This inquiry was part of a broader initiative with the National Wildlife Crime Unit, resulting in the arrest of Natalie Herron on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, based on intelligence from the National Crime Agency.
This marks the inaugural sentencing in Scotland for cruelty occurring overseas, establishing a precedent.
Officers stated that this was among the most atrocious cases they had encountered, and the evidence was unprecedented against Natalie Herron.
In connection with the broader investigation, two women were sentenced to imprisonment at Worcester Crown Court on 13 November 2024 for their involvement in an international monkey torture syndicate.
A 37-year-old woman received a two-year prison sentence, while a 55-year-old woman was sentenced to one year and three months in prison.
Detective Inspector Mark Harrison of the National Wildlife Crime Unit stated, “This investigation is profoundly disturbing and disconcerting.” The individuals engaged are driven not solely by financial gain; they also derive a sense of enjoyment from witnessing the suffering of animals and subsequently disseminating those images to others.
The media has extensively reported on the effects of such internet photos on individuals, particularly the youth, and established correlations between animal cruelty and aggression against humans, which we regard with utmost seriousness.
Police Scotland have once again kept the addresses and images of the offenders secret, that will allow them to come out and get back on with the child and animal abuse. But we managed to find it anyway, with some help:)
