Nathan Halford, the Newmarket Louth Paedophile, who deliberately engaged in sexual contact with a child under 13 on at least 10 occasions has been incarcerated.
Nathan Halford, 31, from Newmarket Louth, faced multiple charges of sexual assault against a girl under 13, allegedly involving sexual touching and penetration from October 2021 to July 2022.
He was convicted of sexually assaulting the girl beneath her garments on multiple occasions, including two episodes of penetration with a part of his body.
The prosecution presented adequate evidence to claim that the actions were deliberate and executed for sexual enjoyment.
Nathan Halford, also identified as Nathan Parham, from Newmarket Louth, entered a plea of not guilty to all charges but was subsequently convicted at a prior hearing. He was sentenced today (11 July) at Lincoln Crown Court to twelve years of imprisonment, with an additional year on extended licence; he will also be permanently listed on the sex offenders registry.
