Neil Turner, 67, enticed boys under his supervision to his residence in Worthing with promises of confectionery and video games. Neil Turner Worthing Paedophile asserted that he was studying “reflexology” to administer foot massages and to make contact with the boys’ feet.
The individual confessed to law enforcement that he derived sexual gratification from his actions.
Neil Turner, a former music and mathematics instructor at Shoreham College, was found guilty of indecent attacks on minors in 2017.
Today, he acknowledged 10 further allegations of indecent assault or sexual touching involving seven children and one adult from the 1980s to 2015.
Neil Turner was employed at Shoreham College from 1986 until his dismissal in 1999.
Despite losing his employment and receiving a warning for assault in 1999, he persisted in his role as choirmaster at St Botolph’s Church in Worthing.
He executed a contract prohibiting unsupervised interaction with youngsters.
In 2015, Neil Turner exploited another youth.
At Hove Crown Court, prosecutor Dominic Connolly disclosed that more offences were uncovered due to media coverage over Turner’s incarceration in 2017.
The prosecution stated that he had cautioned one victim to conceal his inappropriate actions, while informing other youths that they were receiving a reward.
It left some of his victims in need of counselling.

Steve Wedd, defending, said Neil Turner, of Pevensey Garden, Worthing, had suffered an incident of abuse as a child.
He asked the judge to think about Neil Turner’s “fall from grace” and said his client had been punished with a prison sentence once already.
There were 21 letters giving the paedophile a good character reference.
But Judge Jeremy Gold QC said: “It is said you led an exemplary life and I have read excellent character references about the help and assistance you have given many people over the years.
“However to a large extent lies the problem that underneath the veneer of respectability lies your many sexual urges which you have consistently failed to control throughout your life.
“You have a foot fetish which led you to sexually touch a number of youngsters and a vulnerable adult.
“They no doubt trusted and admired you, but found themselves in a situation where you could touch them and take advantage of that situation.”
Neil Turner was jailed for a further 28 months, and a sexual harm prevention order stops him from directing any church activities, or attending churches in West Sussex.
