A Thames Valley Police officer, Nicholas Fielding-Smith, faces charges of misconduct in public office and computer usage.

Nicholas Fielding-Smith, a police constable of Thames Valley Police in Berkshire, has been prosecuted after claims of establishing connections with three members of the public during his service.

He is also accused of unlawfully accessing a police computer system without a valid law enforcement purpose.

The 42-year-old, Nicholas Fielding-Smith, faces three charges of misconduct in public office and one charge of unlawful data access.

He is scheduled to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
