A Paedophile from Nuneaton, Oliver Beck has been imprisoned for repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor girl under the age of 16.
The victim, having been manipulated and mistreated, naturally felt incapable of fully cooperating with our inquiry.
In a ‘evidence-led prosecution’, Warwickshire Police persisted in investigating 25-year-old Oliver Beck, collecting all available evidence.
We established a compelling case that resulted in Oliver Beck being charged with three counts of sexual behaviour with a minor under 16.
On Friday, May 2, at Warwick Crown Court, he received a four-year prison sentence, a 25-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and will be a registered sex offender for life.
Detective Sergeant Lydster stated: “Oliver Beck systematically groomed his victim and, like most predators, he likely anticipated that his manipulation would shield him from accountability.”
“It was evident to us that Oliver Beck poses a threat to young girls, prompting our decision to initiate a victimless prosecution.”
“We shall persist in exerting all possible efforts to safeguard the children of Warwickshire from predators such as Beck.”
