A Paedophile teenager from Crewe, Owen Zissler, exploited a severely inebriated 14-year-old girl at a party to engage in sexual behaviour. At the age of 19, Owen Zissler was invited to the event due to his eligibility to procure alcohol for the underage participants.
Nonetheless, when the girl ascended the stairs, Owen Zissler pursued her and perpetrated the crime. At Mould Crown Court, the 21-year-old offender confessed to engaging in sexual conduct with a minor and received a sentence of two and a half years in jail.
