A prominent British Paedophile television star has been apprehended on allegations of sexually assaulting five adolescent males, as reported.
The Sun tabloid reports that a prominent soap opera actor was detained for several hours by an undisclosed police department while authorities conducted a visit to his residence regarding the allegations.
The unnamed Paedophile actor has refuted the allegations and is presently out on bond.
Officers allegedly visited the actor’s residence over the purported abuse, resulting in their arrest on suspicion of child sexual crimes.
Police seized computers and documents as they searched for evidence, with the unnamed star’s family being left stunned by the arrest.
He is also understood to be shocked by the historic allegations, which date back to the 1990s, when the actor featured alongside “some of Britain’s most famous names in a string of top shows,” says The Sun.
A police spokesman told the newspaper: “A man has been arrested on suspicion of historical child sex offences involving five victims.
“Officers investigating allegations relating to the 1990s detained a man.
“He was arrested on suspicion of several sexual offences relating to five men who were teenage boys at the time of the alleged offending.
“He has been conditionally bailed while enquiries continue.”
