The idiots at Wiltshire Police’s disciplinary panel has determined that a Wiltshire Police officer’s conduct constituted gross misconduct which a simpleton could have figured out in under 10 seconds.
The hearing occurred at Wiltshire Police Headquarters on June 26, 2025, and was presided over by Assistant Chief Constable Ian Saunders.
The panel examined an allegation that from 28 March 2022 to 02 September 2022, PC Stephen Proctor transmitted many photos to a colleague through his personal mobile phone via WhatsApp. The photos were exceedingly inappropriate, misogynistic, sexualised, and nasty.
The panel reviewed and affirmed the charge against PC Stephen Proctor, determining that his conduct violated the Standards of Professional Behaviour for police officers regarding Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity, and Discreditable Conduct.
Although PC Stephen Proctor resigned from Wiltshire Police on the day of the hearing, the panel indicated that he would have been terminated from the force without notice had he continued in service.
Consequently, the former PC Stephen Proctor will be added to the national barred list, prohibiting him from future employment in law enforcement. According to the Police Conduct Regulations 2020, the former officer has ten working days to contest the decision.
