Peter Brock Ynysforgan Paedophile

A Paedophile from Ynysforgan in Swansea, Peter Brock, has been incarcerated following his conviction for many sexual attacks against a minor over several years.

Sixty years old Peter Brock, from Ynysforgan, sexually attacked the victim by inappropriate touching and compelled them to engage in sexual behaviour between the ages of 9 and 11 years.

Peter Brock subsequently coerced the youngster to prevent them from disclosing the sexual contact. Years later, the victim summoned the fortitude to disclose the incident.

Peter Brock, having entered a plea of not guilty, was convicted on seven counts of sexual touching and inciting a minor under the age of 13 to participate in sexual behaviour.

He has received a prolonged term of 13 years in prison. He is under a restraining order concerning the victim and is also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).

Peter Brock will be permanently included on the sex offenders registry.

Detective Constable Zowie Martin said:

“Peter Brock carried out a chilling pattern of behaviour against a defenceless child.

“To make matters worse, the child victim was left feeling like they were to blame for what Peter Brock did to them, due to the things he said to them in a bid to avoid any repercussions for his actions.

“We commend the bravery of the victim in having the courage to speak up, having lived with this awful experience for years. We hope that they will no longer have to live in fear of Peter Brock.”
