Philip Jones Seacombe paedophile

Philip Jones sexually assaulted a little girl who had just been ill while feigning to provide her comfort.

He was formerly labelled a “threat to women” after conducting numerous searches on internet rape sites and subsequently drugging a victim’s beverage.

In 2013, a former soldier was apprehended by a doorman at a Wirral pub while he was contaminating a woman’s drink with powder to facilitate a sexual attack.

The paedophile, Philip Jones, who further downloaded photographs of child sexual abuse, was sentenced to five years in prison, followed by an extended three years on license, in 2014.

In December, he was incarcerated again for concealing a mobile phone from law enforcement while clandestinely employed as a maintenance worker in residential properties.

This week, it was revealed that the 59-year-old, Philip Jones, had previously assaulted and abused a young girl before his imprisonment in 2013.

The abuse was disclosed when the youngster confessed last May that she had endured the anguish for nearly a decade.

Philip Jones, residing on Poulton Road in Seacombe, confessed to two charges of rape and two charges of sexual assault.

Philip Jones was incarcerated for thirteen and a half years, followed by an additional five years on licence.
