A 22-year-old Eastbourne Paedophile, Philip Poundsbery, has avoided incarceration for many horrific sexual offences involving two minors.
Philip Poundsbery, a warehouseman residing on Aylesbury Avenue in Eastbourne, appeared at Hove Crown Court this week after having earlier entered a guilty plea to eight charges, including three counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of children.
Philip Poundsbery was charged with Five crimes involving sexual conduct with a minor.
Philip Poundsbery received an 18-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
Philip Poundsbery was designated a registered sex offender for ten years and is required to participate in a sex offender treatment program.
