An alleged Lochans Paedophile, Ramsay Cumming, is charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl and making inappropriate remarks to a little boy in Ayrshire.
Ramsay Cumming is charged with sexual assault and making inappropriate verbal statements to a girl on multiple occasions in New Cumnock.
The 49-year-old allegedly made inappropriate remarks to another child in Barrhill.
Court documents assert that Ramsay Cumming made inappropriate sexual comments and sought to involve the purported female victim in discussions of an indecent and sexual nature on multiple occasions from January 2019 to December 2021.
The purported offences are claimed to have been perpetrated to achieve sexual enjoyment or to humiliate, distress, or terrify her.
The same complaint alleges that he sexually assaulted the minor on multiple times, purportedly slapping her buttocks, groping her breasts, and entering her bed while unclothed.
Prosecutors assert that he rubbed his body against the girl, caressed her, deliberately exposed himself sexually for her observation, and paraded naked in her presence.
Ramsay Cumming, residing in Lochans, is confronted with a second charge of issuing sexual verbal communications to another kid on multiple occasions.
The Crown’s accusation asserts that he sought to involve the kid in discussions of an inappropriate nature between December 2021 and July 2022, “with the intent of securing sexual gratification or causing humiliation, distress, or alarm” to the claimed victim.
The application to postpone the initial diet hearing to a later date was approved at Ayr Sheriff Court, with the matter proceeding without a plea.
He will confront the claims in the upcoming New Year.
