Reece Kelly Workington paedophile killed his four-month-old child and was currently serving a life sentence (WON’T REALLY BE FOR LIFE) when he was discovered to have 169 pornographic pictures of children on his cell phone.
Previously from Workington, Reece Kelly was sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court for three charges of creating obscene photos of children.
Examining Reece Kelly’s cell phone, Constabulary Cyber & Digital Crime Unit officials discovered the horrific photographs.
Enquiries revealed that 29 photos fell into category A, the highest damage grade.
At a previous hearing, Reece Kelly entered a guilty plea to the charges.
Currently serving a life sentence for the murder of his four-month-old son Dallas Kelly, who passed away in October 2021, Reece Kelly was able to get a mobile phone and download the indecent images in his prison cell.
Added to his minimum term of eighteen years, Judge Nicolas Barker sentenced Reece Kelly to JUST ten further months in prison for the indecent pictures crimes.
