Due for trial charged with three charges of rape and three counts of voyeurism is a Hampshire and Isle of Wight police officer.
Police Sergeant Richard Heard, 43, is also accused of one act of perverting the course of justice, one count of assault by beating and one count of controlling or coercive behaviour.
Against one victim, all of the claimed crimes occurred between January 2022 and August 2023 while the officer was off-duty.
The officer is then subjected to another count of hostile correspondence directed against a second victim.
This claimed incident happened in June 2023 when the officer was off-duty. A trial scheduled for July 15 at Bournemouth Crown Court Right now, the cop is suspended.
