A young individual, Rio Bunce, charged with sexually assaulting and raping five distinct women in Oxford City Centre, has had his case referred to Oxford Crown Court.
Rio Bunce, 20, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 26, charged with four charges of sexual assault, one case of sexual assault by penetration, and one count of exposure.
The allegations pertain to five sexual attacks involving five distinct women on Becket Street, Speedwell Street, Mill Street, and Oxpens Road on Thursday, March 21.
Rio Bunce, residing on Thames Street in Oxford, attended court for his initial hearing.
His case has now been sent to Oxford Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on April 26 at 10.30am.
The 20-year-old, Rio Bunce, had been remanded in custody until his next hearing.
