A dangerous Blackburn Paedophile Robert Bell who sexually attacked and raped a little child in Blackburn has been imprisoned.
Previously of Monmouth Road, Blackburn, but now without a definite address, 57-year-old Robert Bell pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a girl under the age of 13 and producing obscene photos of minors.
Robert Bell arrived at Preston Crown Court’s dock on February 6th and was sentenced to nine years, extended determinately. Judge Andrew Jeffries QC said Robert Bell is someone who poses a significant risk of major harm to the public and is highly likely to harm female children.
Before he qualifies for early release, Robert Bell must persuade The Parole Board that he no longer constitutes a public risk.
Additionally, Robert Bell was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for his lifetime, and he was subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
