A Peterhead Sex Offender exhibitionist, Rory Kerr, has been incarcerated following the discovery of recordings and images on his mobile phone depicting him engaging in self-pleasure throughout Buchan.
Rory Kerr garnered media attention in 2021 when it was disclosed that he shocked neighbours by engaging in sexual behaviours for up to four hours daily in his Boddam backyard.
In 2023, the sex offender was informed that he would be prohibited from possessing any gadget capable of internet connection without contacting the police.
Rory Kerr, 39, violated that limitation when apprehended by officers on September 1 of the previous year, as stated in Peterhead Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Craig Findlater imposed a sentence of 32 months in the case of Rory Kerr.
