A sexual predator, Roy Foster Billingham Rapist, who raped and sexually assaulted helpless women over several years has been imprisoned for thirty-two years.
Following Roy Foster’s rape and sexual assault of a 63-year-old female, one vulnerable female denounced him to the police and an inquiry was started.
Under the direction of Stockton CID, the Complex Exploitation Team, and the Domestic Abuse Unit, further victims came forward; Foster was shortly charged with eight offences.
Three counts of rape, two counts of attempted rape, one count of indecent assault, one count of sexual assault and one case of child abduction with intent to conduct a sexual offence were brought against him.
Roy Foster disputed the allegations, and a two-week trial took place in January. On January 24, the jury convicted Low Grange Avenue, Billingham’s Roy Foster, of all eight counts.
Roy Foster showed up at Teesside Crown Court on May 13th and was given 32 years by the judge.
