Salman Hssainni, a paedophile shopkeeper in Montrose, who sexually attacked a schoolgirl attempting to purchase a vaporiser, has been registered as a sex offender.
Salman Hssainni refuted allegations of sexually assaulting and engaging in indecent communication with the 13-year-old during her attempt to purchase the e-cigarette.
On July 20 of the previous year, Salman Hssainni was working solo at the Dobry Eastern European store located on Montrose’s High Street when the girl arrived.
He requested to kiss her and subsequently unfastened her top.
During a prior hearing, Forfar Sheriff Court was informed that Salman Hssainni was a Kurdish-Iranian asylum seeker residing in Angus at that time and is currently living in Glasgow.
The 29-year-old, Salman Hssainni, assisted by an interpreter in the dock, was convicted and registered as a sex offender.
