Following his 16-month jail term in July 2019, a man, Samuel Stoica, the Dagenham Sex Offender, who sexually abused a young passenger displayed his penis on a bus in Dagenham will be on the sex offenders registry for ten years and will be deported to Romania.
Samuel Stoica, twenty-three of Ripple Road, boarded bus route 173 on May 24 and headed to the top deck. He started with a 17-year-old girl in a conversation.
Then, he sexually attacked the female by kissing her, holding her around the throat, and pressing his hand onto her body. He also made his penis visible.
After enquiries, Samuel Stoica was quickly apprehended after being found on bus CCTV footage.
