A MAN, Sean Smith, accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s at a birthday party in an Isle of Wight pub, has opted to face a jury trial.
Sean Smith, of Porchfield Business Park, Porchfield, denied sexual assault on a female, aged over 16 years, in Ryde, on February 16.
He appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 26.
The 35-year-old, Sean Smith, was bailed to reappear for a hearing, at the Isle of Wight Crown Court, on January 6 next year.
