Shakur Valentino, the St Helsn Rapist, seized a teenage woman’s underwear as a “trophy” following an attempted sexual assault.

He covered the lips of the 18-year-old victim “to stifle her protests” as she cried for assistance, until a friend intervened.

Subsequent to his detention, Shakur Valentino was released by the police enablers pending investigation and, merely weeks later, assaulted an elderly woman near London’s Piccadilly Circus.

Shakur Valentino was previously incarcerated for 12 years, followed by an additional five years on licence, for the rape of a woman in her 60s in February 2019.

This Monday, he received a further five and a half years of imprisonment, along with an extra two years, for the attempted rape of his initial victim in December 2018.

Judge Louise Brandon said that “a troubling aspect” of both cases was his “collection of trophies in the form of items as mementos of your transgressions.”

After abducting and assaulting the elderly woman in an alleyway, he seized her leggings, and after attempting to assault the youngster in St Helens, he retained her knickers.

Shakur Valentino, 23, from St Helens, refuted the allegation of raping the adolescent; nevertheless, on the day she was scheduled to provide pre-recorded testimony for the trial, he conceded to attempted rape.
