After he, Wayne Randolfi London Sex Offender, touched himself inappropriately in front of two women on a train in East London, a ‘persistent sex pest’ was sentenced to prison.
Appearing before Blackfriars Crown Court on June 14, 2019, Wayne Randolfi, of no fixed address, was given five months in jail.
Wayne Randolfi, a documented sex offender, was on a train going between Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green around 3.30 pm on February 10.
The thirty-year-old changed his clothes to be more comfortable throughout the trip, then touched himself inappropriately in front of two women.
After the horrible deed, his name was shared among authorities, and he was promptly identified by those who had looked at related crimes connected to him. Furthermore, found was his breach of an earlier Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Wayne Randolfi confessed at court to a charge of exposure. Apart from the term of custody, he was also directed to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
“Wayne Randolfi is a persistent sexual pest who has a history of more than 15 similar offences against women and children in the last five years,” stated Detective Constable Sri Mendis of the British Transport Police.
“I applaud this prison sentence entirely and hope it strongly reminds Wayne Randolfi that this nasty attitude will not be accepted.
“I want to thank the victim for notifying us of this activity. We take every report seriously; hence, we will cooperate with the courts to get severe penalties.
