A married Bramcote Sex Offender, Zia Khan, who sexually abused three victims at a hotel spa has been acquitted by the court.
Father of two Zia Khan assaulted a youngster and two women in the jacuzzi and pool area.
The 48-year-old, described as ‘arrogant,’ subsequently falsified statements, asserting that his victims had concocted the claims against him.
Zia Khan, residing on Rivergreen Crescent, received a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, for three charges of sexual assault.
Zia Khan was assigned a 35-day rehabilitative activity requirement and instructed to complete 200 hours of unpaid labour.
