Adam Syers exploited the widely played children’s video game Fortnite in an attempt to recruit young boys.

The paedophile previously recorded a toddler and made reprehensible sexual remarks before uploading the footage to Facebook.

The 23-year-old, Adam Syers, who filmed the disturbing video from the window of his previous residence in Warrington, was acquitted in court in September.

However, within hours of avoiding incarceration on September 2, 2020, Adam Syers returned to the internet, attempting to lure children engaged in Fortnite and Roblox on Xbox.

Under the handle JuicyGamer, he permitted a 12-year-old boy to expend £200 on his credit card and instructed the child to send a photograph of himself in shorts.

He subsequently directed his attention on a seven-year-old boy, enquiring whether the child like to accompany him on a date and become his lover, through a series of disturbing messages.

Adam Syers, residing on Tully Avenue in Newton-le-Willows, also transmitted abhorrent communications to a third unidentified youngster, believed to be under the age of 11, and had his photograph.

He acknowledged three violations of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order, noncompliance with notification obligations, and infringement of his suspended sentence.

Adam Syers had a prior conviction for child sexual assault and for persuading a youngster to participate in sexual activities.

The individual, who has ADHD, autism, and learning and communication impairments, [Editor’s note: None of which promote paedophilia in any way] was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison.
