Alistair Miller will be in jail for more than two years after sexually assaulting and raping another man in Tillicoultry.
Alistair Miller pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a man in March of this year and received a 32-month sentence.
The 63-year-old was sentenced on Wednesday, July 10, in Stirling Sheriff Court.
Detective Inspector Forbes Wilson stated, “I hope this sentence gives the man some solace in knowing that Millar has been imprisoned.
“We are committed to bringing those responsible for sexual crimes to justice, and anyone who wishes to report such a crime, regardless of when it occurred, should contact us.
