A wheelchair-bound Burslem Paedophile, Bryan Flack, was admonished for bringing ‘shame’ upon his wife after appearing in court for possessing severe pornographic materials. Bryan Flack was already listed on the Sex Offenders’ Register prior to his detention by the police, which begs the question of how he could shame his wife if she knew he had been caught before and stayed with him.
He was apprehended for downloading photographs depicting sexual acts with a horse and a dog. Magistrates could only impose a fine on Bryan Flack because to the 71-year-old’s afflictions of lung cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and renal and heart problems.
Bryan Flack, residing on Scotia Road in the Burslem district of Stoke, had already been incarcerated for sexual assault perpetrated on a lady during his tenure as a masseur. He confessed to possessing extreme pornographic photos at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre, according to reporting from StokeonTrentLive.
His wife wheeled Bryan Flack into court, where it was said he had brought ‘shame’ on her. Magistrates fined him a total of £465.
They told him: “Whatever punishment we impose, the main punishment is the shame you have imposed on your wife. The only option is a fine.”
Prosecutor Zaine Riaz said: “The defendant is a registered sex offender and is on the register until 2027. He was visited by a manager of the sex offenders’ probation service for a routine check. He provided his mobile phone. He appeared to be nervous.
“The officer saw videos of animals and humans engaging in sex acts with each other. He was arrested. Eighteen images were found. He admitted the content. Bryan Flack’s not sure why he accessed the content.”
The images were discovered in March, 2022. Andrew Turnock, mitigating, said: “A lot has happened in terms of his physical health and its deterioration since then. He’s in terrible physical state. Bryan Flack is dependent on his wife for his care.
“Whatever was going on a year ago has changed dramatically. Bryan Flack has no access to any devices and he’s not physically able to operate a device. Bryan Flack poses no risk of further offending and little risk of causing any harm.”
