Damian Kozlowski Hereford Sex offender

Sex offender Damian Kozlowski has violated the law by neglecting to inform the police of his homelessness, few months following a prior court appearance for the identical violation.

Damian Kozlowski pleaded guilty to two counts of noncompliance with the sex offenders register criteria during his appearance before magistrates in Kidderminster in December.

Damian Kozlowski, aged 39, was mandated to register in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003, which necessitates weekly notifications to the police, stated prosecution counsel Elizabeth Blacklock.

However, he neglected to inform the police of his lack of a permanent address on October 21 and October 28.

These violations occur subsequent to prior failures to inform the police between July 2 and August 14.

Damian Kozlowski, represented in court last month by defence attorney Chris Read, received a four-week prison sentence postponed for 12 months.
