A Child Activist Group apprehended March Paedophile Grant Brownlow after believing he was conversing with an underage female. The 36-year-old initiated a conversation with one of the group’s decoys, whom he presumed to be a 14-year-old, and directed the dialogue towards sexual topics.

In March 2021, the activists confronted him at his residence. Law enforcement was notified, and five graphic photographs of animals were discovered on his devices.

On Friday (31 May), at Cambridge Crown Court, Grant Brownlow, of Bronze Street, March, was jailed for four years and six months, having been found guilty of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity, and earlier pleading guilty to possessing an extreme pornographic image.

Grant Brownlow was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life and handed an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
