The second sexual assault is purported to have occurred in the vicinity of Glasgow’s Gorbals neighbourhood.

This woman is also said to have been pinned down and, among the other accusations on the charge, is that James Clacher struggled and shouted at her.

The case called for a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow today where his lawyer Janice Green pleaded not guilty on his behalf.

Lady Drummond went on to set a trial due to begin in August 2025.
