Mark Jacobson sexually assaulted a minor and compelled them to observe sexual activities.
The 44-year-old resident, Mark Jacobson, of Washington Parade, Bootle, was convicted following a trial on 16 charges of sexual crimes.
The charges were two counts of rape, two counts of attempted rape, and several counts of sexual contact with a minor, as well as forcing a minor to see a sexual act and participating in sexual activity in the presence of a minor.
Mark Jacobson was incarcerated for 16 years.
Following the case, Detective Constable Lucy Emmett of Merseyside Police stated: “Mark Jacobson is a perilous individual and will now endure a substantial period of incarceration, during which he can no longer endanger children.”
