A Sussex Police officer, PC Ryan Busby, is scheduled to appear in court on four counts of sexual assault by touching.
Subsequent to an inquiry, the Crown Prosecution Service sanctioned charges against PC Ryan Busby, 25, for offences involving four women with whom he was acquainted.
This purportedly transpired on 20 December 2024 while the officer was not on duty.
PC Ryan Busby is temporarily relieved of his responsibilities, ON FULL PAY. He is scheduled to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on 8 July.
The issue was submitted to the Independent Office of Police Conduct, which mandated a local inquiry by the force’s Professional Standards Department. THIS MEANS THAT SUSSEX POLICE WILL BE INVESTIGATING SUSSEX POLICE.
