Dr Prabhat Sakya was convicted of sexually assaulting two ladies on a train, effectively ensnaring his victims by occupying the adjacent seat and thereafter touching their bodies.
The individual, Prabhat Sakya, from Bude Road, Swindon, refuted the allegations but was found guilty at trial in 2021. He evaded immediate detention and was issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
In 2023, Wiltshire 999s discovered an Instagram account purportedly operated by the ‘creepy’ Prabhat Sakya.
It included images of young ladies and girls, along by comments that elicited apprehensions. A significant number of the photographs shared on the social media page were captured at the Swindon Designer Outlet.
The 53-year-old has acknowledged violating his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) when authorities discovered five iPhones, two PCs, and a tablet that had not been reported to his sex offender manager.
A further violation, pertaining to the disposal of a laptop that was not reported to the police, led to a ninth accusation of breaching a SHPO. He acknowledged all charges at Swindon Magistrates’ Court.
Prabhat Sakya received a 12-month community order mandating the completion of 20 days of activities with the probation agency. He received a £200 fine.
