Reece Francis rapist sex offender Bexley

Following another attack on public transport, Reece Francis Bexley Rapist forbidden from sitting next to any woman on a train has been imprisoned. When a woman woke up on a train from London Bridge, Reece Francis was attacking her sexually.

On May 25, she had been alone travelling when she had nodded off near the window at about midnight.

The victim rushed from the train to another carriage, repeating offender Reece Francis, 27, left the Belvedere service.

CCTV searches directed British Transport Police straight to Compton Place, where he was detained again.

Reece Francis was under a Sexual Harm Prevention Order at the time of the incident, which forbade him from sitting near or opposite any lone female on any public transport and from using public transit between 11 pm and 6 am.

The May attack satisfied both of these criteria.

On Friday, August 16, Reece Francis entered a guilty plea to sexual assault and breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order at Blackfriars’ Crown Court; he was sentenced to twenty-one months in jail.
