Remanded in detention, a 43-year-old Brockenhurst man, Thomas Paul Livingstone, entered a guilty plea to two public order offences in Hythe and Totton as well as to exposure – Sexual Offences Act (2003).

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Friday, April 19, Thomas Paul Livingstone, without a permanent residence, acknowledged the offences.

It chronicles events on Ashurst Bridge Road, Totton, on Tuesday, 9 April, and Fawley Road, Hythe, on Tuesday, 2 April.

Southampton Magistrates’ Court will sentence Thomas Paul Livingstone on Friday, May 10 2024.
